Latitude Physiotherapy was created to offer a different kind of care—one that looks beyond symptoms and focuses on how the body actually functions.
At thirteen, I was told I had flat feet, shin splints, a bunion—and that I’d never be a good runner. The solution was rigid orthotics and bulky shoes. They reduced pain temporarily, but the problem never actually changed.
By college, I was running through persistent hip pain. I saw multiple providers, but no one assessed how everything was connected. It wasn’t until I worked with clinicians who looked at the full system that things started to make sense.
The issue wasn’t just where it hurt—it was how everything was working together.
That experience reshaped how I think about injury, recovery, and performance.
Today, my work centers on identifying the underlying mechanical contributors to pain and building structured, progression-based plans that restore durable function.
Latitude was built on that principle:
Thorough assessment.
One-on-one care.
And treatment that addresses the source—not isolated symptoms.
It’s built around understanding how your body moves, how it responds to load, and what needs to change for you to move forward—without the problem returning.
Every plan is individualized, structured, and designed to create lasting change—not temporary relief.
If this approach resonates with you, the next step is a focused conversation to understand your situation and determine the right path forward.
