Latitude Physiotherapy provides mobile, one-on-one physical therapy services focused on movement assessment, rehabilitation, and performance.
Engaging with this website, submitting a form, or communicating with us does not establish a provider–patient relationship. A provider–patient relationship is only established following a formal evaluation.
All new clients begin with a Discovery process to determine fit and next steps.
Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system or by direct communication.
We reserve the right to modify scheduling availability, service offerings, or structure at any time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee
Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled session time
Packages or prepaid sessions (if applicable) may have expiration terms and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Latitude Physiotherapy is a direct-pay provider and does not bill insurance.
Clients may choose to seek reimbursement independently if they have out-of-network benefits. We do not guarantee reimbursement.
